Alfresco Fridays Application Form

Due to the success and growth of Alfresco Fridays the El Paso Convention and Performing Arts Centers will be accepting applications and recruiting performers for the 2011 Season. Please answer all questions below. The 2012 deadline has been extended. Selections will be made early Spring 2012 and performers will be notified by an El Paso CPAC representative.

Do you have sufficient material to play/perform for 90 minutes?
Do you have sufficient material to play/perform for 2 hours?
Do you have sufficient material to play/perform for 2.5 hours?
Have you participated in Alfresco Fridays in the past?
Are any of the band members / performers under 18 years of age?
