The museum features the changing role of the Noncommissioned Officer in the U.S. Army from 1775 to the present, through displays of equipment and uniforms used by staff sergeants and other NCOs. Admission is free. Entrance to Fort Bliss requires a valid driver's license, current vehicle registration, and proof of insurance. Open Monday-Friday 9 a.m.-4 p.m.; closed on Saturday and Sunday and federal holidays.
