Our main box office is located at the Main Entrance to the Plaza Theatre. Other box office locations are: Inside the Judson Williams Convention Center, Abraham Chavez Theatre and McKelligon Canyon Amphitheater (please call 915-231-1100 for hours of operation, group sales or discount information).

Will Call may be picked up at the venue, day of show, 3 hours prior to show time. Proper I.D. and confirmation number will be required

- No Cameras or recording devices are permitted.
- No food or drinks are allowed to be brought in.
- Please be aware of the numbering of seats in the Plaza Theatre:
Orchestra level Right, seats are numbered in even numbers ex: 2,4,6,8,10
Orchestra level Left, seats are numbered in odd numbers ex: 1,3,5,7,9,11
Orchestra Center, seats are numbered in sequence 100 numbers: ex: 101,102,103,104,105…
Mezzanine & Balcony Right, seats are numbered in even numbers ex: 2,4,6,8,10…
Mezzanine & Balcony Left, seats are numbered in odd numbers ex: 1,3,5,7,9…
Mezzanine & Balcony Right Center, seats are numbered in even 100 numbers ex: 102,104,106,108…
Mezzanine & Balcony Left Center, seats are numbered in odd 100 numbers ex: 101,103,105,107… - Children Rules: Children 2 years and above must have a ticket to enter.
