Mentors Wanted
Become a certified Latinitas leader through our Girl Empowerment Team training. This leadership training provides guidance to female community volunteers (ages 18 and over) who want to take on a leadership role in Latinitas’ girl empowerment programs. Participants will gain leadership, communication, teamwork, facilitation and media skills to become mentors and role models for young girls. After the training, women leaders will be empowered as certified Latinitas leader and will commit to leading at least 4 workshops during the course of the next year. Training will offer hands-on workshops on how to conduct girl empowerment programs.
