The Women’s Business Border Center of the El Paso Hispanic Chamber of Commerce has developed the WNET trainings for entrepreneurs to utilize great information for their business! This month’s session will be focusing on The Davis–Bacon Act of 1931 is a United States federal law which established the requirement for paying prevailing wages on public works projects.
