Spring Lecture Series presented by the El Paso Community College Architecture Society. Today’s speaker is Ed Soltero, AIA, LEED AP. The topic will be: Re-investing Craft Into Architecture. Ed Soltero is the Director of the University of Texas at El Paso’s Department of Planning and Construction. He has begun to implement and coordinate a variety of sustainablitiy initiatives on campus.
