Free and open to the public, this event is held every year on Noel Field at Fort Bliss. Billed as a military operation in which dozens of organizations team up to entertain the public, it is foremost a way for the community to come out and honor our armed forces. Chili cook-offs, a health fair, and a tour of the post’s historic sites are just some of the activities the whole family can enjoy.
