If you just get a chance to visit them, just simply stop by in the mornig and ask for “Huevos Regios” (Scrambled eggs with shreded beef with Chile colorado accompanied with a hash brown and beans). Strongly Reccommended
If you decide to stop by lunch, just ask for his famous Mole (Chicken topped with a very traditional Mexican salsa made of different chiles and a toast of chocolate and peanut butter, accompanied with rice and beans). Mmmh.. excellent choice
