Come join us at the Capri event space on March 11th at 3pm for an immersive experience of spiritual wellness @caprieptx
We will begin with an introduction to spiritual wellness and practices, and continue with a guided meditation combined with sound healing, Reiki, and essential oils for deep relaxation, helping release tension in the body.
