The Exchange “Jazz Around Town” Music Series — Fall 2025 New Schedule
The Jazz Exchange brings live jazz to venues across El Paso with our expanded “Jazz Around Town” Music Series! Partnering with local businesses, we celebrate local artists, enrich the city’s culture, and create welcoming spaces for everyone to enjoy live jazz. Many shows feature jam sessions—so musicians, bring your instruments!
DETAILS:
| The Garrison (Downtown) — Every Wednesday | 7:30 PM – 10:00 PM | 13–18 welcome with/ adult | 21+ bar seating & high tops. Weekly live jazz downtown with delicious cocktails, wine, and full kitchen service. All levels of musicians are welcome to join jam sessions after the first set in this vibrant, community-centered space. |
Free event — RSVP required - if you do not have an RSVP, we cannot guarantee seating Reserved seats are held for the first 25 minutes and then released to the public. Reservations are handled exclusively by The Jazz Exchange.
**Last Wednesday of the month is Big Band Nights - a ticketed event, don’t miss the 18-piece Jazz Exchange Big Band live!

The Shack Wing & Brews + Cigar Co. (Northeast) — Every Thursday | 7:30 PM – 10:00 PM | 21+ Unwind in the outdoor second-floor lounge with cocktails, wine, cigars, and food while enjoying live jazz each week. A laid-back yet stylish setting to gather with friends, savor good drinks, and support local musicians.
1922 Speakeasy Bar (Downtown)— First & Third Fridays | 8:30 PM – 11:00 PM | 21+ Step into a sleek speakeasy for intimate jazz performances and premium cocktails. Enjoy an evening of timeless music, crafted drinks, and a sophisticated vibe. Unwind with live jazz, fine cigars, and craft cocktails in a cozy enclosed patio and lounge setting. Savor signature snacks, cigar and cocktail parings, all while enjoying some live jazz and watching the beautiful sunsets.
Mountain Star Brewery (Eastside) - First & Third Saturday of the Month | 8:00 PM – 11:00 PM | All Ages Welcome
Mountain Star Brewery Outdoor Patio (if weather permits - if not, it will be moved indoors)
Enjoy live jazz under the stars at this beautiful outdoor venue. All ages are welcome to enjoy performances and join in open jam sessions with the band, craft beer, and a food truck.
The Dusty Lounge (Socorro) — Second Saturday | 8:30 PM – 11:00 PM | 21+
Experience live jazz, cocktails, and bites in an intimate lounge setting. Perfect for enjoying live music with friends in a warm and inviting atmosphere.
