The Young Women’s Leadership Conference will bring together girls from around the El Paso region for a day filled with girl empowerment where girls with dreams become women with vision with the theme of “Girl Making a Difference”. The event aims to help girls grow as leaders and prepare for future personal, academic, and college success with sessions on leadership, civic engagement, volunteerism, advocacy, wellness, career exploration, and college preparation. Participants will hear from powerful women on how to make an impact in the community. Girls will discover engagement opportunities to volunteer and create change locally and globally. Girls will have an opportunity to connect with their peers and speakers to feel connected, inspired, and empowered. These emerging leaders will leave the experience inspired to create positive change in their schools and communities.
