Join us as we uncover the roots of Salsa and get your bodies moving and experiencing the passion of afro Cuban dancing. Neri we give you all the tools you need for this incredible journey. Not only will you learn the different body movement, but how they connect to the music and your partner. The workshop will be taught with live music and is for all levels. No experience necessary *Embody the sensuality of the spine, hips and upper body. *How to recognize and dance to the complexity of Cuban polyrhythms. *Survey the history and origins of Afro-Cuban dances present in today’s Latin Dances.
